The annual Middlesex Tennis Awards were held at the Queens Club in March 2025. Unfortunately, I was unable to attend as I was away in Turkey playing at the Masters World Championships. Nonetheless, I won 3 awards:
1) Middlesex Senior Player of the Year 2024 - my achievements included winning a bronze medal for Team GB at the Masters World Championships in Tokyo, Japan in November 2024, winning the singles and doubles at the MT700 National Clay Court Championships in Bournemouth in May 2024 and winning the singles and doubles at the MT700 British Closed Grass Court Championships at Wimbledon in August 2024.
2) My W40 Middlesex team were crowned the National Champions in 2024.
3) The Middlesex U11 girls team that I assisted in coaching were also crowned National Champions in 2024.
All in all, 2024 was a very successful year!
